Spiritual Direction or what I love to call soul-care, involves the work of holy listening and being present with another on their spiritual journey. As a spiritual guide and partner with you on your journey, we discuss what your relationship with God is like and how He is meeting you every day. What is He teaching you in this season of your life? Where is He in the midst of your struggles and pain, your joy and gladness?

As a spiritual companion, I come alongside you as you grow in your faith and relationship with God. Through Bible study, prayer, holy listening, contemplation, discovery and discussion, we spend time drawing near and discerning who God is, what He desires for you and your life and how to find strength, grace, peace, compassion, joy and love in your everyday living.

Spiritual direction is provided in one-on-one sessions virtually and in-person.
Higher Living in the Valley
Higher Living in the Valley is a deep dive spiritual formation course examining seven areas of our lives and discovering where we are vs where God is calling us to be. This course is designed for those who desire to live a life of devotion to God and are seeking a deeper, more intimate relationship with Him.
This is an exciting 10-month course that consists of group gatherings and one-on-one spiritual direction using the Bible, books written by renowned Christian spiritual leaders and other resources that will guide one in living a life of devotion to God.
